Hi, I am Mike. After 20 years in as an employee in my last company as a specialty mechanic, I opened a small business with my wife Pam that supports surgical implants and medical instruments as well as special assemblies in aircraft engines. I am a 62 year old father of two beautiful girls, Tammy and Jennifer and 3 grand children, Morgan , Cadence and King(Buddy). These days my interests are working mostly…lol. Unwinding when I come with a good online gaming computer for changing focus. Spending time with the children, and of course weekends in the Porsche. Just recently a main interest has been cooking and finding foods that fit our new lifestyle.
I’ve always been interested in fitness and wellness, but I’ve always struggled with weight. Dieting and fad diets have never really worked well for me. Just recently I’ve found this new lifestyle. A lifestyle that has already changed my health for the better. Now, working out at our gym, heavy into lifting weights and the elliptical. It has helped me to lose weight and keep the weight off. I like to call the method Relax Weight Loss. And hopefully with this new blog I may change other lives for the better…One at a time.
