Brownies-gluten free-no sugar added


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Melt butter in pot and set aside off heat.

Ready your dry ingredients.

Whip up your eggs and add vanilla extract.

Line your 9″ baking tin with cookie sheet and coat with butter.

Add flour, cocoa and stevia to pot with butter off heat and stir well.

Add egg vanilla mix to the pot and stir well.

Drop and spread batter on cookie sheet.

Place in oven for 20-25 minutes.

Makes approximately 1 pound of brownies.


Cocoa Powder unsweetened          2 ounces

Almond Flour                                   3  3/4 ounces

Stevia                                                 1  3/4 cups

Butter                                                 4  3/4 ounces

Eggs                                                    3 extra large

Vanilla Extract                                  1 teaspoon
